Head of Maintenance Development (ECM2)

You develop strategies for optimal maintenance of our vehicles Error images of our diesel, electric and hydrogen buses recognize, analyze and document and adapt the maintenance plans accordingly Specifications, technical documentation and maintenance and test specifications are monitored and maintained by you. You evaluate damages, disturbances and feedback – based on risk and safety analyses, as well as key figures such as vehicle availability and downtime analyses – and initiate improvements In close coordination with maintenance planning, work preparation and workshop, you will ensure a consistent, fully operational maintenance and diagnostic system. Reports and evaluations are set up for internal and external bodies and supported by audits The daily business includes contacts with system and vehicle manufacturers

Studies Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering (Diplom, Master or Similar) Multiannual experience (min. 5 years) in a comparable position as well as sound project and leadership experience Embossed understanding of key figures Routine in dealing with diagnostic and maintenance systems and MS Office Industry knowledge of the ÖPNV and knowledge in the field of commercial vehicles/bus are advantageous
