Stratege: As a Change Manger (gn), you analyze the impact of IT and digitalization projects and develop customized CM strategies for these projects. Designer: You shape change management programs and interventions for digital transformation projects and implement them successfully. Transformer: You evaluate the implications of the change project on the organization and identify necessary structural needs for a successful transformation (e.g. target image, hybrid cooperation models, processes, communication standards, organizational forms) Moderator: The maintenance of strong relationships with executives and other stakeholders, the moderation of large group events and workshops as well as the coaching of project teams are also part of your tasks. Innovator: In the design of collaboration in challenging working contexts within the hybrid working world or in the field of analogue and digital worlds, you always have a look at current trends in change management and are at the heart of time.

Qualification: More important than your course of study is your practical experience in monitoring change processes and your know-how in change management or in management and organizational development. Add-On: Basic experience in project work / experience in implementing digital transformation projects is more than just “nice to have’.
