Building, maintenance and further development of long-term, strategic customer relationships with top-accounts in the area of hotel industry, wholesale and shopping associations Development of individual account plans to increase sales, assortment optimization and market positioning Understanding the German shopping structures in the gastronomy and hotel market Leadership of complex annual talks, contract negotiations and contract conclusion – with a large discretion and scope of action Sustainable expansion of the customer portfolio and development of new business potential Analysis of markets, competitors and customer key figures for identifying growth opportunities. Secure handling of calculations, margin calculations, KPI monitoring and accounting Use of goods management and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) Translation of customer needs in internal processes and solutions Safe handling of EDI and digital ordering processes in wholesale Deep understanding of food quality – especially premium and fresh products. Regular presence with local customers and visits to producers and partners (regionally in the Rhineland to national) Report line directly to Sales Director

Commercial training in wholesale and foreign trade (ideally food) 3–5 years of professional experience in the distribution of food for hotel industry, gastronomy or shopping associations Passion for high-quality food and premium products Ideally located in the Bonn/Rhein-Sieg area, alternatively nationwide with corresponding experience Very good number affinity, especially with fluctuating purchase prices Experience in KPI monitoring, margin calculation and cover contribution analyses German and English skills Diplomatic, negotiation-proof appearance – hard in the matter, partnership in the relationship High frustration tolerance, mental loadability and pronounced solution orientation Strong communicative skills and inspiring presence driving licence class B High readiness to travel throughout Germany
