As a team of innovation management, we support our colleagues in systematically transforming ideas into innovative solutions. We promote the development of necessary framework conditions and processes in order to implement innovation in a structured manner and coordinate cross-sector topics with a focus on innovation. You are developing the AI strategy with a focus on internal requirements and coordinating the construction of an associated structure. In your role, you set up specialist specifications and then translate the strategy into a realistic roadmap incl. Milestones and Priority. As a central control instrument, you build a use-case portfolio including Submission process, review cycles etc. on. During the operational implementation phase, you are the first respondent and adviserin for internal AI initiatives and transfer the roadmap to operational operation. The Use-Case portfolio is complemented by new Use Cases, managed and you accompany individual initiatives until product-ready implementation. Your tasks include controlling and reporting as well as operating in the internal AI community incl. Exchange of experience and knowledge. As an AI coordinatorin, you prepare sessions and decisions and take care of the moderation, documentation and communication.

You have a master's degree (or university degree) from one of the following disciplines: economic engineering, computer science, business management or comparable. An additional management qualification – in the context of business or innovation management would be advantageous. Due to your many years of experience in the environment of IT and/or innovation management, you have very good knowledge of trends in the field of AI and technology-based process optimization. You have successfully managed IT, transformation or innovation programs professionally – even in the agile context – and are capable of complex stakeholders To control constellations. In addition, you bring your knowledge in financial management and Enterprise architecture and AI governance. You are strong in communication – both at C level and in the moderation of workshops – and you know to convince with arguments. Your strengths include not only your will to design and your own initiative, but also your strategic-analytical way of working and your open approach to change.
