Heading of product development projects from concept phase to series maturity Responsibility for adhering to project goals with regard to dates, costs, quality and performance Creation and maintenance of project-accompanying documents such as project and milestone plans, project calculations and status reports Supporting departments in defining requirements, specifications and technical specifications Moderation of technical discussions and preparation and documentation of technical decisions Ensuring transparent and targeted communication with all internal and external stakeholders Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams from e.g. development, testing, product management, purchasing, quality, production and sales Promoting efficient cooperation within the project team and developing a solution-oriented project culture

Successfully completed technical studies in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualification Additional training in project management of advantage (e.g. IPMA, PMI or comparable) Multiannual experience in conducting development or product development projects in the industrial environment, ideally in the field of electrical equipment Experience in cooperation with interdisciplinary and international teams Embossed technical understanding with the ability to analyse, evaluate and make informed decisions Ability to conduct and actively shape technical discussions with development engineers Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Good presentation, moderation and communication skills Suitable for severely disabled persons, according to the task and request profile
