This makes the job interesting for me: At 50Hertz, I work in a dynamic environment mainly in projects to build up the network infrastructures for implementing the energy transition. Depending on the project or product group, I am in part from the tendering phase, at the latest in the implementation phase I am the first contact personin for suppliers. With my commercial and legal know-how, I find solutions for contract changes or contract failures that satisfy the internal project team as well as our external partners and ensure the progress of the project. My tasks: In order to be familiar with complex project content at any time, I already introduce my know-how at the stage of tendering, negotiation and contract design, I am direct contactin for project management and for suppliers in terms of contractual issues, In consultation with the project participants and the legal department, I conduct the contractual correspondence with our external partners, I have at any time an overview of the status of the supplements, agreed prices and payment miles of my contracts and can provide information on commercial topics at any time, I make sure that our strategy for future claims defence, but also for efficient contract execution, is implemented effectively, I recognize early situations in the course of the project, which could lead to additional costs and disturbances and provide assistance, I prepare for negotiations and claim and conduct these independently.
