This is not about pure framework application, but about effective architectural work that simplifies our business processes, harmonizes IT landscapes and creates concrete added value. Here we are looking for two personalities (ideally junior and senior levels) who think strategically and at the same time act pragmatically with a lean-architecture mintset.

Participation in building and developing a holistic corporate architecture in the VGH Association – both in line and in the digital transformation program “Fokus Digital” Analysis and structuring of business skills and their mapping to the application, data and technical architecture Development of pragmatic timetables for individual architectural dimensions in close coordination with specialist areas and technology Identification of redundancy, complexity and inefficiencies and development of concrete proposals for improvement Definition and further development of architectural principles, guidelines, standards and feedback mechanisms Active support of projects to effectively implement architectural requirements Work as a neutral entity to further establish consensus architecture and act as a model Modeling and documentation in suitable architectural tools Analysis, preparation and use of architecture-relevant data for sound decision support

Completed studies of (economic) computer science, business, natural sciences or a comparable qualification First or multi-year experience in one or more architectural disciplines Embossed passion for understanding, structuring and developing historically grown IT landscapes Embossed hands-on mentality and joy in defining architecture not only, but also making it effective Pragmatic, solution-oriented thinking with a lean-architecture approach Knowledge of common architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, ArchiMate) and the ability to tailor them to the organization (Tailoring) Structured mode of operation, analytical strength and communication capability at different hierarchical levels
