For our Global IT Sourcing team flexible at one of our locations in Garching, Stuttgart-Vaihingen or Chemnitz in an indefinite permanent position.

take responsibility: building, maintaining and developing supplier relationships, IT Contract Management and optimising the supplier portfolio; Implementation of savings and sustainability goals in IT purchasing negotiate sovereign: independent implementation of complex contractual negotiations and their legal implementation taking into account the Total Cost of Ownership; Risk mitigation in IT contracts Competent advises: Internal advice on global IT purchase, IT Contract Management, software license management and compliance with internal guidelines Living in cooperation: Interface to the global key suppliers as well as IT and business stakeholders taking into account the sustainability strategy of Leadec Configuring the Future: Working on the Continuous Development of the IT Sourcing Strategy (including Make or Buy) and the IT Procurement Policy

Education: Complete study of economic informatics, computer science, law, economic law or comparable qualification Experience: Disabled professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in the purchase of IT and in IT contract and vendor management; Additional experience in software license management (e.g. license requirements, license agreements, license audits, license pooling) is advantageous Know-how: Experience and understanding of Environmental Social Governance (ESG), international sustainability guidelines and regulations (LkSG / CSDDD) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) desirable Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of the IT contract design and the relevant legal framework and a strong understanding of current IT technologies Working and Personality: Strong Analytical Skills, Communication Strength, Diplomatic Skill as well as an independent, targeted and problem-solving approach with a high level of commitment Languages: German and English language skills (in word and writing) Application: Flexibility and pronounced experience in remote work
