In the area of Quality and Process Management, the team supports the continuous improvement of the Donor Center processes and also ensures compliance with internal and external standards, such as the World Marrow Donor Association (WMDA) and the Central Bone Mark donor Register (ZKRD). Preparation and implementation of internal and external audits, e.g. extraction clinics Participation in the further development of the quality management system based on DIN ISO EN 9001:2015 Implementation of relevant internal processes and structures of quality management Development and creation of QMS documents taking into account regulatory requirements Examination and evaluation of quality deviations Advice and support for the areas of expertise on QMS topics (e.g. process management, document steering, business continuity management) Support for (re)accreditation processes of the Donor Center Planning, organisation and implementation of training of employees: women and specialist departments on topics of quality management

Successfully completed studies (Bachelor/Master) with business, scientific or engineering background Theoretical and practical knowledge of common methods of quality management or quality assurance, in particular DIN ISO EN 9001:2015, e.g. by additional qualification At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in quality management/security Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications as well as good training and presentation techniques Very good conceptual skills Very good communication and organizational capability Very good knowledge of German and English Professional experience from clinic and/or laboratory environment is advantageous Knowledge of relevant standards (WMDA, ZKRD, FACT-JACIE) are advantageous
