Do you want to not only accompany a global market segment, but to develop and align it? Then take over responsibility for the “Electrified Vehicles & Equipment” segment and shape the strategic positioning in a tight environment. In this role, you develop the market segment with a clear target and ensure that market requirements, portfolio, customer groups, target markets and growth are consistently combined. For you, that means: You are responsible for the global orientation and further development of the market segment “Electrified Vehicles & Equipment”. Market and competition developments continue to be followed by clear areas of action and regional priorities. You are structuring requirements from different markets and bringing them into concrete impulses for product development and portfolio decisions. In addition, you control cross-departmental coordination with sales, product management, marketing and development. You conduct and coordinate the expert group of the market segment and ensure a uniform content orientation. You also define growth targets, follow their implementation and create transparency about progress and deviations. You will develop relationships with key customers on the customer side and use them for market development. In standardization bodies, you represent the company and introduce professional positions. You take over the professional representation of the market segment in the interior and exterior, for example in the form of contributions, lectures or events.

Your studies in the field of electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification form the basis of your work. You have several years of experience in market segment management, business development or sales – in the environment of electrified applications or mobile systems. You are accustomed to structuring, prioritizing and advancing issues across the world. You can safely arrange technical content in the market environment and use it as a basis for decisions. You are bound to tax voting with different stakeholders and keep track of parallel topics. Your way of working is structured and targeted, and you can make connections clear and comprehensible. In exchange with internal and external opponents, you will be sure to perform and represent content in an address-oriented manner. You like to work in international structures and move safely in the English-speaking environment. You use very good German and English skills routiniert. The international journey is of course for you.
