first to be fixed for 12 months.

The remuneration depends on the TV-L.

Your tasks:

• Cell culture of eukaryotic cells (cell lines, primary cells)
• Isolation of primary cells from tissue
• Characterization of cells and tissues composed of them via histological methods and on gene and protein levels
• Microscopic and analytical evaluations
• Laboratory organization and responsibility
• Execute the stock and orders
• Supporting students in the laboratory

Your profile:

• Qualification: completed vocational training as MTA, BTA or equivalent
• Wide range of methods in the fields of cell culture and histology (immune cytochemistry, HE staining), experience in the field of biochemical and molecular biological analyses (qPCR, Western blot, ELISA, immune stains, etc)
• Good knowledge of English is important due to cooperation with international colleagues.
• Self-employed and exact work, organizational talent and joy to work in a new field of work
• ideal for many years of professional experience
• Work possible on 4 days/week.
