The Facility Management (FM) department, with about 100 employees, provides a wide range of services to the buildings with their extensive technical infrastructures for a modern research and teaching establishment on a useful area of approx. 120,000 m2 ready.

Testing of mobile electrical devices according to DIN VDE 0701/0702 and DGUV V3 regulations Self-testing of electrical equipment in the scientific areas of the university by means of test equipment and PC Springer services in the i-spot (24 hours occupied control room with interference acceptance and forwarding, operation of the fire alarm system and building control, emergency call processing, key output and information issuing) Implementation of simple repairs on electrical equipment

Completed vocational training, preferably as an electric specialist Good PC knowledge Some years of professional experience desired Knowledge of English is beneficial Knowledge of testing and measuring electrical equipment is desired
