Construction mechanic FR Shipbuilding technology - Shipbuilding production of torpedo tubes (m/f/d)

Production and assembly of assemblies and components in the field of torpedo tube production with a focus on marine activities in submarine construction. Use of welding, cutting and other specialist joining techniques. Work is carried out according to technical drawings, production documents and parts lists. Quality control as well as measurement of the manufactured components and visual testing of the welding seam including seam preparation. Compliance with safety regulations and documented work according to technical standards. Secure reading and conversion of technical drawings and control of several welding methods (e.g. 141, 111, 135) and valid welding certificates (MAG, WIG) are advantageous.

A completed vocational training as a construction mechanic (m/w/d) with a specialist in shipbuilding technology, welding technology or a comparable qualification in the metal sector forms the basis. At least three years of professional experience are assumed. Ideally, there are experiences in shipbuilding, in special machine construction or in military engineering. This combination of training and multiannual practice allows safe working on complex projects in the maritime environment. Self-employed, careful and team-oriented work. Ready for occasional Mondays or foreign missions as well as reliability and high sense of responsibility.
