Provision of billing-relevant data for billing of charges (e.g. input of representative wages, SFN supplements, post-processing) Control of the entire time economy process as a key user at the Ansbach site Coordination of the timepieces at the Ansbach site (production, technology) Contact person for employees and supervisors for time-related issues Development of the necessary working time models in the system Responsible for the correct illustration of collective agreements or Collective agreements in the system necessary activities for employees Entry and exits (e.g. placement in the system, creation of holiday certificates) Responsible for the eAU process and corresponding coordination with health insurance companies and the external pay calculator Creating reports or reports Evaluations Continuous improvement of relevant processes and cooperation in projects Leadership of two employees
