Management and implementation of consulting projects in the field of production planning and control at national and international production sites Analysis, evaluation and optimization of PPS, production, logistics and supply chain processes along the entire value chain Development and implementation of solutions to improve delivery performance, design quality, material availability, stocks and throughput times Conception and development of PPS and S & OP processes using modern ERP, MES and APS systems Implementation of workshops, ripeness analysis, value flow analyses and potential assessments as well as deriving concrete action programmes Head of interdisciplinary project teams as well as support for change and transformation processes in the works Promoting knowledge transfer between sites and developing standards and best practices in the field of Operational Excellence

Successfully completed studies in the field of economic engineering, mechanical engineering, production technology, business informatics or comparable study programme Multiannual professional experience in production planning and control or supply chain management Experience in a business consulting, in-house consulting or a comparable project-oriented function in an industrial environment Knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Infor LN, as well as a good understanding of MES and APS solutions Detectable experience in the analysis and optimization of planning and control processes in producing companies Knowledge of modern methods and tools in the areas of lean management and project management Designed analytical, conceptual and methodological skills, as well as a structured and result-oriented approach Communication strength (in German and English), enforcement capacity, high self-initiative and readiness for regular missions (about 30-50%).
