Purchasing and independent management of the building site consumption material to ensure smooth operations Creation and processing of building site documents, reports and presentations as well as systematic document management Formal processing of applications and the central administration of building card and access rights Preparation, coordination and logging of construction meetings, customer visits and safety instructions Written recording and archiving of results from construction site tours Professional hospitality and support of customers and business partners on site Implementation of general administrative tasks to support project management

Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable professional qualification Multiannual experience as a team assistant (m/w/d), ideally with sound insights into building site assistance or project management Secure handling of MS Office applications as well as practical knowledge in SAP for efficient data management and documentation knowledge of German in word and writing; good knowledge of English is desirable for communication in the project environment Good technical understanding to quickly capture complex construction sites and administrative connections Structured and independent working style with a high degree of Organisational skills and reliability Ready to wear safety shoes and compliance with applicable safety standards on the premises
