We are looking for a:n

You make sure that locomotives, drivers and car masters (m/w/d) are used economically and on time on the basis of our Europe-wide planned train traffic. With a wide view, you will create service and shift plans and develop suitable alternative concepts for company changes. As a central interface, you are in close contact with our drivers, car masters (m/w/d) and fleet management, working closely with personnel and long-term planning. In addition, you coordinate cooperation with external service providers and partner companies and ensure a smooth flow of information. The planning and monitoring of deadlines for maintenance and cleaning are your responsibility as well as ensuring the operational availability of our vehicles. In the case of technical defects, you initiate the necessary measures to quickly correct. By creating and analyzing statistics, you will keep relevant key figures in mind and ensure complete documentation of the processes.

You have a successfully completed training in the railway, logistics or forwarding environment or have a comparable qualification with a railway-based focus. Ideally, you have been able to gain at least two years of professional experience in business management, disposition or rail transport. Work in a regulated interlayer system (break, middle and late without night shifts) as well as within a 6-day week from Monday to Saturday fits your personal and professional flexibility. A good geographic understanding as well as basic knowledge of operational and maintenance planning are the key to you. In dealing with the current MS Office apps, you are safe and ideally bring experience with the RailCube software. With your strong communication strength, your team orientation and your cooperative way of working, you can master challenging situations and solve them. Your good knowledge of German and English as well as a structured, independent and targeted way of working complete your profile.
