Your tasks:

• receiving and forwarding incoming calls

• Professional customer advice and support on the phone

• appointment arrangements and coordination of meetings

• Processing of general inquiries and transfer to the appropriate departments

• Maintenance of customer data and logging of conversations in the system

• Support for administrative tasks in everyday office

Your profile:

• experience in the telephone customer service or in the Reception area of advantage
• Friendly, clear and service-oriented communication
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Secure handling of MS Office and modern telephone systems
• Reliability, team skills and organizational skills
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment work
• Kfm. Vocational training of advantage
