Service Lead (m/f/d)

You assume the service responsibility in the area of client management, i.e. You control ticket processing, make sure that defined SLAs are adhered to and take over monitoring tasks As part of software placement, you plan and prioritize orders, are responsible for the care, quality assurance and further development of standards and guidelines and coordinates tests, releases and rollouts You are responsible for the holistic control of T&M services (time and material) including cost estimation, resource planning and transparent performance and hourly cost documentation Your tasks also include the professional management of the service team, including operational and capacity planning, quality assurance and support in complex malfunctions or special requirements. Successfully completed technical or business studies (e.g. business informatics, technical business or economics) or equivalent training Ideally, multi-year experience in client management with well-founded knowledge in software packaging, endpoint management (e.g. SCCM, Intune or comparable) as well as in 2nd / 3rd level support of complex client environments You have experience in public sector operation with understanding for standardized, auditable processes, regulatory requirements and auditable performance documentation in the T&M model You have operational control and leadership skills with experience in the professional management of small to medium-sized engineering teams and are responsible for realistic effort estimates and capacity planning You convince with a high technical detail depth in the client environment and stand for clear and factual communication at any time – both internally and with customers You have very good German (level C1) and good English (level B2) A structured and document-proof working and stress resistance in parallel requirements complete your profile
