Processing of service, maintenance and minor rebuilding projects on building equipment at our customers Technical and commercial organisation, coordination and monitoring of repair measures Coordination and monitoring of cooperation with external service providers Takeover of technical responsibility for our service technicians Processing of the return logs from maintenance (offer creation / material disposition / appointment coordination) Costing of maintenance and maintenance projects Ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations

Your profile - you should bring:

completed further training for technicians or masters in the plants Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Sanitation (HKLS / SHK) - e.g. as installer and heater master / Master SHK / HLK technician; As an alternative to engineering studies Professional experience in a similar position with a focus on service / maintenance / maintenance of building equipment, ideally in ventilation, refrigeration and air conditioning First experience in managing project teams of advantage Organizational talent combined with responsible and independent working Class B licence and readiness to travel in the Berlin and Brandenburg region
