You take over the nationwide project management of construction projects of the commercial real estate we supervised as contractors:in You are responsible for order and cost management and are involved in the tendering and awarding of planning and construction services You conduct contract negotiations and you are responsible for the contract and quality management You regularly participate in construction sites and construction sessions You document the construction services and ensure warranty management You regularly communicate with the tenants:inside You support our facility management in everyday building operations in building and engineering tasks

Complete engineering studies in the field of technical building equipment (TGA), architecture, civil engineering or comparable training with a further education in the field of technical building equipment (TGA) Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position Good knowledge of the procurement and contract regulations in the construction industry (VOB) and the HOAI Experiences with commercial properties Organisational skills as a contractor:in order to coordinate several construction projects simultaneously Safe handling of authorities and utilities Self-responsible and structured working methods High performance and quality awareness Project-wise increased travel readiness
