Discipline and professional leadership as well as further development of the employees of the associated QC area in compliance with the QM, South Oil and Safety Directives Responsibility for the alignment of the assigned QC area and of the operating business taking into account the corporate objectives including independent execution of projects Responsibility for the CS process Ensuring efficient and cost-conscious quality control Optimization and rationalization of workflows (test plans, intervals and points) Implementation/support of customer audits Installation and care of recipes in the ERP system Creation of operating instructions and 8D reports for deviations

Completed studies on the chemical engineer/chemistry engineer or chemist/chemist, further education on the chemical technician/chemistry technician or comparable qualification Professional experience in a comparable leadership position Knowledge of quality management and profound knowledge of content and methods of quality assurance as well as quality control, analytical methods, measurement technology, product knowledge (chemistry, application, processing) and manufacturing processes of the products Knowledge of production control and development of lubricants desirable Very good knowledge of the relevant legal regulations, safety guidelines, environmental standards and other industry-specific regulations Enforceability, Conceptual Strength and High Loadability Designed analytical and communicative skills and innovative strength Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
