To strengthen our B2B team, we are now looking for a project manager (m/w/d) at the location of Weiterstadt.

Ensuring smooth, efficient and customer-oriented project execution Planning, coordination and monitoring of all process steps until the final implementation of the project Customer support during the implementation phase, coordination of changes, queries and submissions Ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality standards Support of the projects on site including acceptances and construction site coordination (vote with craftsmen, suppliers as well as construction managers and other structures) Communication with internal interfaces such as logistics, purchasing and controlling Maintenance of project files, preparation of protocols and post-calculations, monitoring of down payment and regular reporting to the sales management Identification of possibilities for improvement in project processing and active participation of efficient workflows

Completed commercial or technical training Multiannual experience in project management, ideally with B2B customers and complex project structures Ideally knowledge/ expertise in furniture trade High problem solution and customer orientation Structured and detailed operation Communication strength, team capacity and sovereign appearance High level of initiative, organisational skills and flexibility Hands-on mentality and strong sense of responsibility Safe handling of common CRM and ERP systems as well as Microsoft Office Very good knowledge of German and communication in word and writing
