Your tasks:

These are your tasks in our team

• Close cooperation with our staff member and their support in operational daily business
• You are looking for suitable candidates (Active Sourcing) in the environment of IT/Electric technology on the current business networks
• Planning and appointment of interviews
• Your first skills profiles for our customers
• Editing various projects and introducing ideas in the HR sector (recruiting events, cooperation with universities, etc.)
• Perspectively, you can conduct job interviews independently

Your qualifications:

• You are a registered student (m/w/d) of subjects BWL, pedagogy, psychology, natural sciences or engineering
• You can work at least 15h/week
• Interest in topics related to personnel, recruiting, active sourcing and IT
• You bring safe handling of the MS Office package
• Structured and independent operation
• Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile
