SAP TESTMANAGER & MIGRATIONMANAGER (M/W/D)

Planning, execution and control of all test activities in the project. Creation of test strategies and plans Analysis of test results and preparation of test reports. Identification, analysis and tracking of Defects. Ensuring the quality and functionality of the software products. Coordination of test teams and ensuring the test coverage. Responsibility for the overall planning of migration (time schedule, milestones, dependencies) without even technically migrating. Controlling the processes around test migrations, dress-rehearsals and go-live (cutover), including clarity about responsibilities. Coordination of all parties involved: departments, IT, external service providers, project management, operating organisation. Ensuring transparent communication to all stakeholders (project status, risks, changes, decision needs). Preparation and moderation of migration workshops, voting dates and decision-making rounds. Creation and maintenance of migration concepts, schedules and communication plans in close cooperation with IT and specialist areas. Monitoring risks, dependencies and effects of migration on processes and organization. Tracing to-dos, releases and decisions in the context of migration and ensuring implementation. Support in change management, e.g. information of the affected areas, preparation for changed processes and systems.

Complete study of computer science or comparable qualification. Extensive practical experience in the test management of IT projects. Knowledge of test methods and test tools. Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving competence. Experience in handling SAP Cloud ALM of advantage. Experience in the planning and control of SAP migration projects (e.g. SAP S/4HANA). Knowledge of the cutover planning and the coordination of Dress Rehearsals and Go-Lives. Experience in stakeholder management as well as in the management of multi-disciplinary project teams. Teamability and communication strength. Structured operation. Good knowledge of English in word and writing.
