Job Title: Specialist in Occupational Medicine (parttime, w/m/div.)

Job Description: As a specialist in Occupational Medicine (w/m/div.) in parttime (14 h / week) you are a central pillar for the health and safety of our around 450 employees at the Nuremberg site:

• As part of the occupational health check-ups, you are responsible for safe workplaces and assessing potential sources of danger in the event of accidents.

Regulation on occupational health care (ArbMedVV) and state and professional regulations – from forklift operation to ergonomic office workstation. • Even in case of emergency, you always keep a cool head and ensure a quick first care, working closely with our nurse. • You advise our employees competently during service trips (e.g. to necessary/recommended vaccinations) and conduct advice on rehabilitation in the workplace. • In addition, you are involved in the operational integration management and perform stepwise reintegrations. • Together with the health management team, you will promote a healthy working environment by developing training courses for employees as well as managers and shaping new ranges of movement and relaxation.

Qualifications: • Training: successfully completed medical studies with a specialist training in occupational medicine or a comparable qualification • Experience and know-how: pronounced occupational and emergency medical knowledge; good knowledge in the field of MS-Office • Personality and the way of working: complex medical issues are understandable to all employees; you keep an overview, especially in emergency situations, enjoy working and constructively in a team that regularly exchanges and likes to discuss; within your tasks you enjoy high design space and strive for slim processes and highest quality • Language: very good German and English; other languages of advantage
