As Teamlead Payroll, Systems & Processes, you take responsibility for our central HR standards, smooth payroll preparation and continuous optimization of our HR systems and processes

In doing so, you will lead a small team that bundles payroll preparation, HR standards and system processes You develop clear guidelines, templates and workflows along the entire employee-life cycle You make sure that the monthly payroll expires without errors and compliant – in close cooperation with our external payroll service provider You take parts of the HR controller (e.g. provisions, reporting) and provide reliable data for important business decisions You conduct projects for digitalization and process optimization, e.g. the selection and introduction of a new time recording tool You are contact person:in for our HR business partners and executives on all questions about processes and systems You work closely with Finance, IT and other interfaces to ensure efficient and sustainable processes

You have a degree in business management, HR, law, or a comparable commercial training, e.g. in the field of tax advice or payroll accounting You bring several years of experience in a comparable role, such as Payroll Lead, HR Operations Manager or HR Project Management You have well-founded knowledge in labour law, social security law and wage tax law You have strong process and project management skills – to define and implement standards in a sustainable manner, is your You have experience in working with external payroll providers You are safe in handling HR systems; Experience with implementation projects is a plus You work in detail, but combine this with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach You have the pleasure of interface work and in understanding how to translate complex content into clear instructions
