Information Security Specialist (m/f/d)

You develop our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and our Emergency Care Concept conceptually. You create and process policies and work instructions in coordination with the Information Security Officer. You evaluate information security incidents and coordinate security-relevant projects. You prepare internal and external audits and further certifications and accompany them personally. You implement improvement measures and use key performance indicators for success control.

You have completed vocational training, e.g. specialist informatics (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or a comparable qualification and professional experience in the field of information security. You bring expertise and relevant skills in a field qualifying for activity, such as maintaining a quality or information security management system. You have a good overview of the relevant information security standards (ISO 2700x, BSI IT basic protection) and regulatory requirements. You have good analytical and conceptual skills as well as the ability to work in a solution-related manner. You are open and curious about new topics and want to develop in our field. You are strong in communication with users and process managers and formulate complex content in German as well as intelligible. You work independently, service-oriented and reliable. You possess good communication skills with very good German skills (C1 or higher).
