Your working day

They take over the building management of demanding projects in the field of safety technology and ensure a timely, economical and high-quality implementation. In doing so, you coordinate all participants at the construction site and are the central contact person for customers, entrepreneurs and internal teams.

• Coordination of assembly teams and subcontractors
• Monitoring of dates, quality and progress
• Participation in construction meetings and coordination with customers and project participants
• Examination of allowances and support in billing
• Coordination of technical interfaces to adjacent structures
• Monitoring of commissioning, testing and acceptance
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards

This is important to us

• Complete technical training, ideally in the field of electrical engineering, news or security technology
• At least 3 years of professional experience in electronic security technology (e.g. fire detection technology, video surveillance, intrusion detection technology etc.)
• First experience in construction management, project processing or assembly coordination
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation
• Communication strength and safe occurrence to customers and project partners
• Very good German knowledge and driving licence Class B
• Master or technician training of advantage, but no condition
