Completed training as a state-recognized educator, nurse or youth and home educator (w/m/d) or completed study of social work, social education or education a comparable qualification Joy in working with young people from different cultures Teamability and a reliable, decision-making and empathic personality Self-working and enforcement Ready to call (approximately once a month for about five days) The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
