We create CO2e calculations of corporate carbon footprint at group level as well as for individual locations, business areas and central areas, support the CO2e mapping of building materials and components, as well as construction projects or Services. We continue to develop intra-group tools for calculating direct and indirect CO2e emissions, as well as design a future-oriented digital sustainability database for Groups. We are working intensively on improving the data base and data quality, identifying further sustainability data and key figures. Thus, we create a solid data base for the measurability of the Group's sustainability performance. You address the collection, processing, structuring and analysis of sustainability data. You take the ongoing review and ensure data quality. You actively participate in the optimization of data collection processes and support the development of the data base for sustainability reporting. You support the identification and definition of relevant sustainability data and derive meaningful KPIs to control target achievement. You are responsible for reporting and monitoring sustainability goals. You plan, tax and accompany multi-site projects to optimize sustainability measures. You support the further development of our monitoring platform and introduce your own ideas.

You have completed technical or scientific studies, ideally focusing on the environment, sustainability, statistics, data management or IT. You bring at least three years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position. You have a thorough understanding of the emission balance. You are characterized by pronounced analytical skills and a high affinity for accuracy and precise results. The handling of large amounts of data will give you pleasure and you have already gained experience in it. You are capable of structuring complex facts and making them understandable. You work independently, targeted and solution-oriented. You are a team player with strong communicative skills and will be sure to perform. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You have profound knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Programming skills are advantageous.
