Engineering, testing and commissioning of automation systems in the steel industry (warm rolls), including the complex networks, controls and regulations Examination of interfaces/networks to process and partner systems Testing and commissioning of locks, protection settings, individual functions and optimization of the required overall functionality in production operation using a measurement data detection system Creation of meaningful evaluations Reporting and feedback to the development department Revision of plant documentation

Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics. As an alternative, a completed vocational training as an electronic or mechatronic, supplemented by an additional qualification as an electrical technician and first professional experience Good knowledge of automation technology, preferably in the area of SIMATIC STEP 7 and TIA Portal, PCS7 and WINCC Flexibility and readiness for commissioning on the customer facilities in Germany and abroad Initiative, creativity, analysis, communication and team skills and organisational skills Intercultural experiences and very good knowledge of German and English (in word and writing) complete their profile
