Project Manager (m/f/d)

You control our projects over all essential phases of performance and work closely with the management and external planners, specialist engineers and construction companies. Your tasks include: Control of residential and real estate development projects Coordination of architects, specialist planners, authorities and exporting companies Date, cost and quality control Preparation, coordination and support of tenders and awards Collection, testing and evaluation of offers Participation in award decisions and contract negotiations Examination and evaluation of supplements Support for project calculations and feasibility analyses Participation in building our internal cost and award standards Continuous optimization of our processes and digital methods

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering or a comparable qualification Ideally 3 to 8 years of professional experience in project management, project management or project development Good knowledge in building and in cost and time management Experience in handling tenders, awards and construction costs Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Entrepreneurial thinking and joy in taking responsibility Safe handling of common Microsoft Office applications; Knowledge of AVA or project management software is advantageous
