Approval/qualification engineer for state programmes (all gender)

Make it happen You...

• guides the licensing activities for different work packages and takes over all related project management tasks
• set up the approval base and requirements baseline for the modifications you commit
• defines the approval strategy and tunes it
• the first detection programs and coordinates them with the relevant departments, the chief engineer and the responsible authorities
• coordinates all activities necessary for the authorisation, within the framework of the overall project planning
• verify and validate evidence documents regarding their compliance with airworthiness regulations or Specifications and guarantees their completeness and mutual compatibility
• coordinates the activities to receive flight releases for test carriers
• provide all relevant documentation to the competent authorities
• are the contact person for the competent authorities with questions concerning admission

Be our forward thinker You...

• have a successful degree in engineering, aerospace, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification
• has several years of professional experience in engineering, project management as well as in the approval of aircraft or systems
• have experience in the development of helicopters or Helicopter systems - this is advantageous
• have experience in project management, especially in transnational projects
• have experiences in dealing with military customers - this is also advantageous
• masters English in a safe manner and has good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Further language skills in French, Spanish or German are desirable
