You are responsible for order acquisition and processing in the transport management system as well as the time window bookings in the customer system. You take the document handling as well as the implementation and maintenance of master data. You ensure a smooth run in the daily business and work closely with other specialist departments at the site. Customer service and administrative activities are also part of your task. You also support IT projects.

You have a completed commercial training or comparable knowledge. You have ideally gained professional experience in a comparable environment. You bring an IT affinity and good knowledge to MS Office. The willingness to respond to changing tasks and a conscientious and careful way of working round off your profile.
