Residential Real Estate Technician (m/f/d)

You take the custody of your interests as owner: in Erfurt and Halle (Saale) and take place appointments and tenants: within the scope of technical inventory management You support the regional management and the entire team in all technical topics and make sure that all work is done in the best quality You know your stocks, control and evaluate the technical condition of the objects and are responsible for the handling of planned and unplanned repair measures – from evaluation, commissioning, to acceptance and monitoring of the warranty You are in exchange with reviewers:inside, insurance companies and service providers:in order to fix insurance damage quickly and efficiently

You have a successfully completed training as a state-tested technician, a completed manual training or a technical study You have already gained practical experience in a technical and customer-oriented environment You set a safe occurrence, communication skills, negotiation skills and customer orientation to the day You are interested in the real estate industry and are sustainable and forward-looking. Cross-departmental thinking and action are of course for you The affinity for processes and the work with digital tools and systems such as MS Office are no problem for you A class B driving licence completes your profile
