Completed studies in medical informatics, business informatics, health management, medicine or comparable clinical qualification German knowledge (C2), English knowledge (C1) Multiannual experience as a product manager, ideal in the clinical environment or in the field of Health IT or clinical documentation 2–5 years of experience in the software industry in the fields of project management, research and development, service, customer support or 5–10 years of experience in the hospital environment Funded understanding of clinical processes (article, findings workflow, coding, DRG system) Knowledge of regulatory requirements in healthcare (e.g. MDR, data protection, interoperability requirements) Basic understanding of software creation, data architecture and IT Experience with agile methods (e.g. Scrum, SAFe) Strong analytical understanding Communication strength, moderation capability and high customer focus Ability to connect technical and non-technical stakeholders High sense of responsibility in dealing with medical documentation
