Procurement of mechanical and electronic components Planning and implementation of actions to achieve annual objectives, in particular the cost-saving objectives Quality improvements, supplier reduction and service improvements Expansion, optimization and maintenance of a reliable, international supplier base Supplier selection after market analysis in Best-Cost-Countries Developing and implementing strategies to reduce prices Care and application of all necessary master data (suppliers, prices, etc.) Supplier visits, visits to trade fairs, business trips in Germany and abroad Procurement and accompaniment of first samples up to the first sample release Close cooperation in cross-functional project teams Active support of outsourcing projects of parts and assemblies

Complete technical studies or technical training with corresponding additional qualification or comparable training First professional experience in technical purchasing, like metal and/or electronics or Mechanical engineering Safe handling of MS Office and ERP systems - ideally knowledge of Navision German and English knowledge in word and writing In negotiations, and in doing so, the view for the essential International readiness to travel to suppliers and trade fairs
