(Senior) Leasing Manager (m/f/d)

As a leasing manager:in you are responsible for the negotiation of all customer contracts (rental contracts, omnichannel contracts) for new and existing customers of the Outletcity Metzingen - also in English - You are actively working on the further development of the rental strategy and its implementation (training-up of the portfolio) Together with our specialist departments, you act as the first contact person for the (potential) brand partners:in all questions and concerns about the stationary partnership, as well as you are an interface to the colleagues of the online shop You are responsible for the account management of assigned brands, accompanies them throughout the entire contract cycle, thereby fulfilling your responsibility for a long-term customer relationship In your function, you enter inventory marks and coordinate the internal interfaces such as Retail Management, Property Management, Technical Project Management, Law, Online etc. The independent acquisition of strategy-compliant brand partners is also one of your tasks You derive account-specific sales and earnings forecasts, start business case calculations and derive individual contract parameters

You have successfully completed your studies with a business, real estate or (online) trade-specific focus or have a comparable qualification with You could already gain experience in a comparable activity – skills in the off-price segment are desirable but not absolutely necessary You are proactive, enforceable and have excellent communicative skills in both German and English A strong analytical and conceptual mindset as well as independent and entrepreneurial thinking and acting are among your greatest strengths With a view to the whole, you will regularly inform you about different omnichannel business models and focus on current developments in the international brand and trade world
