Medical Director of the Orthopaedic Emergency Outpatient Clinic in Munich (m/f/d)

Your tasks - You can look forward to this Medical responsibility: Together with the specialist centers, You are responsible for the high-quality first diagnosis and acute care of our orthopedic accident-surgical emergency patients. Professional leadership: You lead and develop the interdisciplinary team of emergency ambulance and design a structured integration as well as continuous further and further training. Organization and Processes: You continuously develop treatment processes, trials, patient control and interfaces to diagnostics, surgery, stations and highly specialized specialist centres and the MUZ of the clinic. Quality and patient safety: You establish and monitor medical standards, SOPs and quality indicators and promote evidence-based, efficient emergency care. Interdisciplinary cooperation: You work closely with our centers for spine, knees, hips, shoulders and elbows, hand as well as foot and ankle and with the children's and sports orthopedics. Sports traumatic care: You play a central role in the acute care of leisure, performance and top sports enthusiasts. Strategic development: Together with medical directorship, clinic management and specialist centers, you develop the medical and organizational profile of the emergency outpatient clinic. Education and training: You are committed to the continuing training of young doctors and academic teaching.

You are a specialist in orthopaedics and trauma surgery and have a valid German approval. You have a broad clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of acute injuries and diseases of the musculoskeletal system. Ideally, you have experience in an orthopaedic accident surgery emergency or emergency outpatient and have experience in the treatment in the KV system. A BG approval, sport medical qualification or special expertise in sports traumatology is advantageous. You have already taken over leadership responsibility or want to take the next consistent step into a medical management position. You combine high medical standards with organizational understanding and the willingness to develop processes actively. You lead clear, binding and value-estimating and understand interprofessional cooperation as an essential prerequisite for excellent patient care. Even in dynamic situations, you make structured and secure decisions.
