Service-Excellence: You enter our customers competently by phone and email about their journey Booking management: You take your own rebookings, cancellations, postings and special applications Individualization: You adapt existing travel bookings, organize additional services and implement personal customer requests Complaint competence: You work on complex issues in a solution-oriented and responsible manner. As a traveler (m/w/d) you’re looking for unsure travel experiences – even if something goes wrong Interface communication: You stand in the sovereign exchange with tour operators and coordinate all relevant voting Quality assurance: You control booking processing and ensure smooth processes Process optimization: You actively contribute to the further development of our services

Education: You have a completed training in a profession close to service or commercial Professional experience: You could already gain practical experience in the telephone customer advice – experience in the travel agency or in the tourism is a plus Service-Mindset: You are passionate about excellent customer service and enjoy daily contact with people Professionalism: You appear friendly, sovereign and binding – even in challenging situations Teampirit & Ownership: You like to work in the team and take responsibility for your tasks Language competence: You have knowledge of German in word and writing (min. C1 level) Flexibility: You are ready to work in the layer system (40 hours/week, 3 layers between 07:30 – 23:00, 5 days per week) Ready to use: You show flexibility for weekends and holidays – with the possibility of mobile work
