For the cardiological intensive care unit 2.3. of the University Hospital of Bonn, the following place is to be filled in full time (38,5 hours/week) at the next possible time: Senior Consultant (m/w/d) The place shall be occupied without delay. The cardiological intensive care unit of the University Hospital Bonn is a highly specialized station for the care of patients with acute and chronic heart failure as well as complex cardiological diseases. As part of a university maximum provider, we combine state-of-the-art medicine, nursing expertise and scientific innovation at the highest level. In a dedicated multi-professional team of care, medicine and therapeutic professional groups, we work closely together to ensure individual, evidence-based and holistic care of our patients. Here, both the technical quality and an appreciation and empathic care are at the heart of our action. The intensive care unit 2.3 offers a varied and demanding work environment with modern diagnostic and therapeutic methods, continuous professional development and the possibility of actively participating in the design of future-oriented care.

Implementation and documentation of care services in the intensive care unit in accordance with current standards, guidelines and procedural instructions Supporting patients with organ replacement methods such as haemofiltration and ECMO Support of ventilated patients Assistance in invasive measures Internal emergency services Monitoring of patients taking into account psychosocial aspects Close interdisciplinary cooperation with medical and therapeutic professional groups
