Operations Manager Contract Logistics (m/f/d)

Responsibility for planning, organizing and ensuring all operational processes with the aim of 100% customer satisfaction while at the same time a pronounced cost awareness

Leadership of all camp staff (disciplinary and professional), as well as permanent personnel deployment planning in consultation with all areas and personnel requirements reports as well as orders from service providers

POC (Point of Contact) for the customer while constantly ensuring compliance and optimization of quality and performance indicators

Control, monitoring and correcting intervention in the operational processes, as well as safeguarding statutory and internally prescribed safety standards

Ensuring staff integration and training through supervisors, employee development talks and monitoring of training measures

Representation Participation of tasks of the location management

Holiday planning and authorisations for staff in their own areas of responsibility

Higher education preferably in the field of logistics, BWL, VWL or the like

Multiannual professional experience in the contract logistics industry, as well as experience in personnel management in a similar position within contract logistics (team size of about 200 employees)

In-depth knowledge of the operational field in logistics and prior knowledge of the key QSHE instruments (Lean Management, Kaizen, Six Sigma)

German and English skills

First experiences in the field of project management of advantage, as well as high communication skills, pronounced social and leadership skills

Enforcement strength, strong analysis and problem-solving strength, innovative thinking capacity and number affinity
