Senior Payroll Specialist permanent, 37.5 hrs/week (m/f/d)

First contactin and technical coordination of payroll Implementation of monthly wage and salary bills for all German locations and for pensioners (including occupational pensions) Responsibility for billing of charges in two other European countries handled by external service providers Control, quality assurance and interface management against external payroll service providers (peace, data delivery, testing of results) Contact personin for employees, executives, authorities, health insurance, social security and pension funds Care and first contact*in for the LOGA 3 accounting system (LogaHR SaaS) Compilation of evaluations and reports from payroll accounting and accounting system Close cooperation with the pay coordinator Application of the collective agreement of the chemical industry (IG BCE), Baden-Württemberg Implementation of all valid operating arrangements as well as the statutory requirements (in particular the Working Hours Act and the Federal Holidays Act) Care of the time economy and cooperation with the timer HR correspondence and management of personnel files

Qualifications Experience Knowledge Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on staff, or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in independent payroll accounting; LOGA 3 desirable (incl. pension/bAV billing) Experience in a coordinating or conducting role as well as in the control of external (path) service providers Experience in international and European pay bills of advantage Knowledge of how to use time recording and time management systems Good knowledge of wage tax and social security law and basic knowledge of German labour law Remarkable: knowledge of the collective agreement of the chemical industry and the application of operating agreements Self-employed, structured and proactive mode of operation and communication and coordination strength Very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as good to very good English knowledge (for European coordination)
