At BELECTRIC we are looking for an HSE Manager (m/w/d) that recognizes risks before You arise, develops standards and ensures that occupational safety, health protection and environmental protection are lived in everyday working life. Responsibility for the planning, implementation, monitoring and optimization of work safety, health and environmental processes Examination and assessment of customer requirements, customer specifications and contract conditions with respect to HSE-relevant specifications Expansion and further development of the integrated management system and planning and implementation of internal audits Analysis of accidents at work, near and environmental events, and derivation of prevention measures Training and presentations in the field of work and health and environmental protection Promoting environmental and sustainability initiatives to reduce emissions, waste and resource consumption

Master (m/w/d) or technician or comparable qualification Must Have: Funded knowledge of occupational safety management according to ISO 45001, environmental management ISO 14001 Knowledge of British CDM Regulations (Construction Design and Management Regulations) and experience in HSE management of construction projects Very good knowledge of German and English Your Skills: Teamplayer (m/w/d) with technical understanding and intercultural competence driving licence class B International readiness (max. 30%)
