Responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction in all quality issues as well as central interface between customers and internal departments Analysis, evaluation and implementation of quality requirements within the framework of offers, contracts and development projects Control of customer complaints including cause of error analysis, 8D methodology and targeted communication with the customer Planning, coordination and ensuring all quality-relevant activities within the product development and project process Coordination of FMEA activities and the creation and supervision of quality qualifications to ensure product and process quality Monitoring of project milestones, APQP activities and relevant quality indicators including product quality reporting Planning and monitoring of customer acceptance (FAT/FAI) and coordination of quality-relevant project budgets with the relevant departments deriving and implementing improvement measures to ensure sustainable quality standards and customer satisfaction
Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering or a comparable technical qualification Multiannual professional experience in quality management, project management, engineering or in a technically shaped industrial environment Knowledge of quality management and practical experience with quality methods and tools, especially FMEA, APQP, 8D and Root Cause Analysis Experience in creating quality qualifications and coordination of FMEA processes Good knowledge of relevant quality standards such as ISO 9001, EN 9100, ISO 15288 and ideally AQAP standards Safe handling of MS Office and SAP as well as knowledge of German and English Structured, independent working, strong technical understanding and high team capacity
