Management in 30–50 % part-time (m/f/d)

Management and association management of the wastewater treatment association with its 5 employees and three member municipalities Creation and management of the budget, as well as the economic management of the association Support of public tenders, as well as the control of external engineering offices and service providers Personnel recovery and staff support, including the processing of all personnel matters to TVöD (without payroll) Committee work with the member communities with the preparation and follow-up of association meetings, communication with decision-makers and the establishment of decision-making bodies

Complete studies in engineering, public administration or business management, ideally complemented by experience in the other areas Multiannual professional and administrative experience, preferably in the municipal environment, in an association of purposes, in the technical administration or in the project management of construction, infrastructure or renovation projects Knowledge of the TVöD is beneficial as well as experience with political bodies Self-employed and structured work Impressed technical affinity and the ability to combine technical, economic and administrative issues Sovereign appearance towards bodies, member communities, service providers and employees as well as a cooperative leadership style Safe handling of MS Office
