• Project management in a large IT project at a premium OEM
• Methodological and integrative advice on roadmap planning
• Methodological and process development of project management in the project (agile and classic)
• Development and introduction of process and methodological innovations in the project
• Definition of roles in work packages and bodies
• Development of the body landscape with roles, objectives and modes
• Ensuring milestone tracking in the sense of active IT project management
