Training as an emergency paramedic (m/w/d)

Your start to the Malteser rescue service in the federal states of Hessen, Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland You see your future in emergency rescue? Then you are right with us! We are looking for new colleagues to expand our Maltese rescue family for the start of training in autumn 2026. Together with you, we would like to ensure the best possible initial care for patients at our rescue guards. An exciting three-year training awaits you, in which you gather practical experience at your teacher rescue station and in a hospital and get all the necessary basics in our educational center (depending on the location of the guard: Wetzlar, Rüsselsheim, Frankental, Ludwigshafen or Trier). In the three-year training as an emergency suitor (m/w/d), you can run various stations: About 40% of the time you spend in the educational center, where you get theoretical and practical foundations from the detection of the situation of use to the medical care of patients. A similar share (approximately 40%) will be spent on your teaching rescue station, where you will gather your practical experience on rescue missions. In the remaining 20% of the training period, you will complete a hospital internship where you will gain further exciting impressions and experiences.
