Technical, disciplinary and organizational management (3 employees) of accounting, reporting, financial planning, controlling Working and production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB (individual accounts, consolidated accounts) Active development and continuous improvement of processes and systems Technical contact and encoder for all relevant questions on accounting Responsible for intra-trade statistics Creation of various provisions in the HR area Construction of a Production Controller at the Finance/Production interface Stock assessments Taking into account our corporate and structural policies:

Ensuring a transparent, timely, detailed internal and external reporting refund Continuous development of existing reporting Expansion of existing corporate planning processes and tools (integrated financial planning, financial model, cash planning) Implementation of liquidity management based on cash planning Creation and monitoring of annual budgeting and sub-annual forecasting processes and the covenants Expansion of the financial control including ongoing analyses, plan/actual deviations, also in cooperation with the respective P&L managers Creation of ad hoc analyses

A successfully completed economic study with relevant focus Extensive professional experience in producing medium-sized enterprises Experience in the field of audit desirable Direct line of report to the Director/Group CFO on all commercial topics High competence in the analysis and assessment of all transactions in finance Good knowledge in cost and performance accounting Experience in handling common ERP systems (per ALPHA, Sage, WinCarat) of advantage Experience in the application of financial software systems, in particular LucaNet and DATEV, is considered to be advantageous Very good knowledge of relevant MS Office products, especially Excel, Power BI desirable English language skills Good French skills are desirable, but no need Multiannual leadership expertise and the ability to lead and develop a team Safe and binding occurrence in connection with a communicative personality High level of customer and service orientation
